Intolerance is a lot more obvious. People’s behavior and choices are a lot more obvious and one of the situations that I’m talking about is an awakening that’s really happening in a really deep, profound way for your body.

Your body’s health is on the line. We are very aware of our body’s, health, the body’s choices; our body’s safety, our body’s connection, and we have just gone through a year and a half of being isolated.

Connect Within Yourself To Control Empathic Sensitivity

On some level there’s been less socialization. So when there’s less socialization, you actually have to connect more inside yourself.

We want to be very, very aware of not projecting what our needs, wants, desires and priorities are onto others. Whenever we project what we value onto another, it immediately creates conflict, confusion, fear and disempowerment. We go into a codependent, unhealthy relationship.

The Protocol For Reducing Your Empathic Sensitivity

So you take a deep breath in pull your energy and awareness into that inner river of light divine line front of spine. You ask, “What is it that you’ve, been projecting out onto others?”

You want others to be safe. You want others to be healthy. You want others to be kind, to be connected, to be aware. What is it that you’ve been projecting onto others or wanting for them? Then watch your behavior, your thoughts, judgments, criticism of others and compassionately.

 

Like a coach, you would say to yourself, “What would it feel like for you to only want that for your own self to not project what you value onto them, recognizing that others have a very different vibration than you?”

They have different needs and priorities. They have a different way of being a different way of holding themselves. What would it feel like for you to lift all of your projections, all of your desires and wants off of all of the people in your life, off of children, friends, partners, off of family, off of colleagues, off of everyone.

Let them make their own choices for themselves. They have their own wisdom. Their wisdom is different than your wisdom. Your vibration is different than their vibration. They are going to respond to the environment differently than you’re going to respond to the environment.

Let them walk their own path. You walk your own path, only attached and wanting for you. Any time project your values onto another you take responsibility for them which disempowers them.

Return Responsibility Back To Others

Feel any bundles that you’re holding responsible for other people’s, health, for their safety, for their integrity for their kindness, for their connection, and at the level of your Higher self, return all of those bundles of responsibility back to the children, the friends, the lovers, the family, back back back back, give it back to them.

When you return that responsibility and send appropriate, energetic information, you are encouraging yourself to be healthier to be more co-creative, to have stronger boundaries to be less empathically reactive. Any time you become attached and responsible, you will experience high levels of empathic sensitivity. When you feel empathically sensitive ask yourself if you put any of your your magic, your gems, your fabric for your safety, your health, your connection, your kindness, your integrity, your awareness on to others. Use your energy fields to bring your fabric back on you.

You hold it on you in every breath and become the conscious aware coach helping yourself move into a healthier, more co-creative way of being with all the relationships in your life.

Doing this will allow you be less triggered, less sensitive and hold stronger boundaries.
